Our goal at Coastline Youth Development is to make a difference in the lives of each and every child/teen that walks through our door.  By offering programs designed for all skill levels to help them achieve their personal goals and grow into stronger, healthier individuals - both physically and mentally.  Best of all, these programs are free or subsidized for those who qualify.  All while under the close supervision of the top coaches on the Central Coast in a are positive and supportive environment, so they can discover who they are and what they are truly capable of.  We believe that a quality strength and conditioning program can produce amazing results in children by increasing muscular strength, power and endurance, body composition, bone density, and motor skill performance in things like sprinting, jumping, and throwing.  It shouldn't be surprising that those children also tend to suffer fewer sport-related injuries compared to those who don’t strength train.

FOUNDATIONAL PROGRAM

Our Foundational Program is designed specifically for young athletes between 9 -12 years of age.  This program introduces our athletes to proper movement patterns through jumping, running, basic strength and mobility .  The Foundational Program will focus on the following staples:

Our highly qualified trainers provide each athlete with the individualized attention they need, making it fun while encouraging students to adopt a passion for physical activity that will last a lifetime.

    • Monday - Friday From 3:30 - 4:45
      • Choose Any 2 Days Per Week
    • Limited To 12 Athletes Per Class
    • Must Sign Up 24 Hours In Advance

PERFORMANCE PROGRAM

Our Performance Program builds off of the principles of our Foundational program for athletes between 13 -18 years of age, that want to maximize their full potential and take their training to the next level.  This is a strength and conditioning program designed and modified for each athlete to meet their specific needs based on individualized goals, ability level and assessment results.  This programs will focus on:

Before starting the Performance program, each athlete must participate in the PFABA (Personal Functional Assessment and Biomechanical Analysis).  Once completed, we will customize the program to fit the athletes needs and abilities.  Our highly qualified trainers will guide each athlete through their workouts, answer questions and accelerate their progress when appropriate.

  • Price - $120/Per Month
    • Monday - Friday From 4:30 - 6:15
      • Choose Any 3 Days Per Week
      • PFABA Fee - $35/One Time
    • Limited To 12 Athletes Per Class
    • Must Sign Up 24 Hours In Advance
    • Must Arrive 15 Minutes Before Class

ADVANCED PROGRAM

Our Advanced Program is geared towards aspiring college athletes ages 15 & up, or college athletes returning to our program during their offseason.   This program will help these athletes achieve their goals by enhancing an already strong foundation and preparing them for the mental and physical rigors of college athletics.  This program is designed specifically for each athlete based on their sport, goals, ability level and assessment results.  This programs will focus on:

    • Maximal Strength & Power
    • Plyometrics & Explosiveness
    • Complex Olympic Movements
  • Skill Development
    • Coordination & Balance
    • Speed & Agility
    • Flexibility & Mobility
